AariXa

AariXa is a 50-heads (2019) strong IT bespoke developer company from Herk-de-Stad with double digit growth ambitions. During this 4 month mission the Prosellence executed hands-on Sales Management and provided a deep-dive on sales processes.

Atos

Atos is participating in a Call For Tender for a 6 lots 7 years ICT Outsourcing deal for the Flemish Community. Prosellence was hired as an external red team reviewer and evaluator for the Initial Bid of Atos and his partners. Prosellence also participated in the Relationship mapping exercise as part of the customer facing sales activities of Atos.

Elastic

Search, Analytics, Logging and Security are the solution pillars of the Dutch company Elastic. Their expansion ambitions brought them to the Belgian market. Prosellence made a “röntgen” screening of the Belgian Public Sector looking for relevant target accounts for Elastic’s solutions, prioritizing them based upon a set of agreed upon parameters.

I.Know

Belgian i.Know (now part of Intersystems) software builder specialises in “Information Forensics” combining classic search methods with semantics allowing their customers to structure unstructured data and make well-informed decisions on the spot. Prosellence took, through Jean-Pierre Dielen, the active Sales Director role for a year. Market segmentation, pricing, hunting for new names and promoting the brand where the ingredients of the services rendered to this start-up.

Intensabel

Isabel Slachmuylders from Intensabel is a start-up with two distinct, yet cross-fertilizing, activities, personal coaching and website building. Prosellence advises Intensabel on pricing for her coaching services and is sparring partner for the market segmentation and go-to-market for both Intensabel’s coaching services and the “website-as-a-home” building services.

Inetum-RealDolmen

With Jean-Pierre in the role of acting Sales Manager Public&Health Sector, Prosellence manages, coaches and supports a sales team of 10 junior, medior and senior account managers. Goaling, giving feedback, training and motivating aim at improving the individual performance and realizing each individual’s potential, whilst structuring the approach, prioritizing tasks, optimizing processes aimed at elevating the overall team performance and efficiency.

Sodexo

UZ Gent invited tenderers to bid for multi-year outsourced catering and vending services. Prosellence screened the market for potential suppliers such as Aramark, LSG Sky Chefs, Sodexo, Eurest SA and Compass Group and closed a lobbying services agreement with Sodexo. 9 months of endeavours resulted in a successful close for the 15-year on-site delivery of 5000 daily meals for patients, medical staff and visitors, the build of a full professional kitchen and restaurant on site, and number of vending machines.

TadBlu

Prosellence provided advice on pricing structure for the distributors landscape of TadBlu, strong newcomer on the mourning jewelry market with international ambitions.

VOKA

VOKA is a Flemish network of entrepreneurs, from starters to mature companies of any size, organised in regions, and active in training, coaching of and a very active advocacy for their members. Since April 2018 Prosellence organises Workshops on Negotiation Skills, Customer Retention and the Sales Cycle for start-ups and scale-ups (BRYO program). Jean-Pierre is also frequently invited as a sales subject matter expert for the Business Dates initiative.

Solvengo

WhyWait? is a software solution for the hospitality sector. Prosellence analyzed key sales aspects of the business to evaluate factors driving results. Prosellence worked on the go-to-market strategy and advised on value proposition, key differentiators, lead generation, business development et cetera.
